Today I found out that February is known as National Wedding Month. I decided that it would be a good way to kick off the beginning of this month talking about weddings of course!

Did you know that David and Victoria Beckham's estimated cost for their wedding was $800,000? If I had that kind of money I could go above and beyond with my wedding. Spending this much money on one day means there is no room for mistakes, but that just isn't practical. In case something had happened, the Beckhams probably had wedding insurance to ensure they are covered.

I may be young, but I have already been to my share of weddings. Some of them big and some of them small, but no matter how you go at it, the couple ends up over their budget limit. Many people put so much time, money, and effort into this very special day. That is why John E. Peakes Insurance Agency suggests that every bride and groom really consider California Wedding Insurance.

When planning a wedding, the last think on a bride and grooms mind is wedding insurance. Wedding insurance is an additional cost that many couples don't want to spend their time thinking about. But what they are overlooking is the protection this type of insurance has for them and their wedding. So what exactly does Wedding Insurance Cover?

The following is a list of situating that could occur on your special day that your wedding insurance will cover.

1. Lost Deposits

2. Lost Rings

3. Severe Weather

4. Ruined photos

5. Call to Duty

6. Damaged Gifts

7. Sudden Illness

8. Liquor liability

and the list continues.

If you are thinking of getting married don't' forget to add Wedding Insurance to your checklist. It may be an added expense but it will save you money in the long run.
