American Mercury's Protection plans are easy to use if you have a breakdown. First, protect your vehicle from further damage that could result from continued operation. For example, activated warning lights, oil or temperature lights indicate that you should stop operating the vehicle immediately. Just take your
vehicle to a repairer and request a diagnosis of the breakdown. Report the breakdown to the National Claims Service at 1.800.654.8455 for payment approval before repairs are done.
